awareness to the Internet salesperson of the express
requirements of the Internet shopper.

The e-Cademy empowers the trainee with an understanding of the customer psychology and the services selling technique required to satisfy today’s demanding shopper.
e-Cademy identifies the key components of the Internet sale, such as the required speed of response from the dealership and the acceptance overall of the Internet department within the dealership. Management buy-in and awareness of the Internet program is critical to both the customer satisfaction and the salespersons success.
Understanding the capability of the software tools that carsales.com.au provides the dealership is also vital to both the salesperson and sales management. Understanding our consumer site and how the customer arrives at the online dealership is also critical to the salesperson.
The one-day e-Cademy session is intensive; hence a substantial resource manual is provided. This manual is a working document for the serious Internet salesperson to take up and build upon for their future success.
