The session will take you online to investigate how the Internet customer uses the Internet to purchase an automobile, what their expectations are by utilising carsales.com.au, and discover what carsales.com.au has to offer the Internet customer. We will also demonstrate Autogate, enabling you to effectively communicate with carsales.com.au and the Internet customer.
In the afternoon we will focus entirely on developing Internet selling skills to establish a successful close rate. Our program has been designed to be highly interactive and we encourage participation.
