Workshop Description

DataMotive’s e-Cademy Workshop provides delegates with the information and skills necessary to set up and manage a successful Internet Department. Special attention is given to determining why customers use the Internet to research and purchase vehicles and how to get more enquiries from customers at the business end of the purchasing process.

Focus throughout the day is on ensuring that your processes stand out from the competition. We place strong emphasis on establishing your dealership’s brand via email as well as using the leads you receive to generate more ongoing activity.

Workshop content is a blend of discussion and activities that focus on attendee participation.

Time is also spent on the application of Autogate within your dealership and the importance of customer follow up.

The purpose of the e-Cademy Workshop is to create more opportunity for you to attract Internet buyers. The goal of the workshop is to help you to generate sales from the Internet.

e-Cademy identifies the key components of the Internet sale, such as the required speed of response from the dealership. Management buy-in and awareness of the Internet program is critical to both the customer satisfaction and the salesperson’s success.

Understanding the capability of the software tools that carsales.com.au provides the dealership is also vital to both the salesperson and sales management.

The one-day e-Cademy session is intensive; hence a substantial resource manual is provided. This manual is a working document for the serious Internet salesperson to take up and build upon for their future success.
