New: Recall alert notification settings

Now you have the flexibility to assign recall notifications to specific users only.

Currently, all AutoGate users receive recall notification alerts by default.

Now you have the flexibility to assign recall notifications to specific users only.

Users will receive recall notifications via newly established Inventory Alert functionality in Autogate.

Simply access Settings from the left-hand side panel, click Notifications and then check the Inventory Alert box situated in the Alert Type column, for users to receive an email and/or SMS notification.

To remove notifications for specific users, simply uncheck a box.

Please note: At least one user of an AutoGate account must have email notifications enabled for Inventory alerts.

You can also add a member of your team to receive a recall notification, through AutoGate if you have basic permissions.

Additional notifications will be added to Inventory Alerts over the coming months.
